Brief Answer:
Seems bronchiolitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

From your description it seems that you have developed bronchiolitis. Pain in chest may also be due to pneumonia. Thus I would suggest that you get examined by an internal medicine specialist. You may also need further investigations like chest x-ray, sputum examination, etc depending upon the findings of the examination.

Though most such cases are viral in origin and get better on their own in 10 days to 3 weeks. Symptomatic treatment like cetirizine tablets for runny nose and chest congestion, crocin for fever can be taken for faster recovery. But if it is a bacterial infection, you will need antibiotics according to culture and sensitivity of sputum.

Thus you need to see a doctor as soon as you can.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
