Brief Answer:
I would like to rule out Migraine first

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

There can be so many causes of symptoms like cold sweats, headache and numb toe.But considering the age, numbness in toe(ONE SIDE) in the absence of other symptoms first I would like to rule out Migraine. In migraine the pain is usually throbbing in nature with varying severity(anxiety, stress precipitates the condition).

Next common cause is anemia. Here also the child may have same symptoms but numbness in toe of one side only is unusual.

Other uncommon causes can be Juvenile diabetes, high blood pressure, some neurological disorder(like multiple sclerosis).

So I would like to get him clinically evaluated by a physician for the diagnosis and management accordingly.

Please do ask if you have any more query.
Regards
