Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have read your query.
How long have you had these symptoms?
Any pain?
Any ulcers?
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible Raynauds disease.
I think it would be better to get the following tests.
CBC
KFT
DOPPLER STUDY.
If proven a rheumatology specialist will need to be consulted for treatment.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal

Detailed Answer:
some of the symptoms may be post menopausal.
they usually come slowly and remain as the hormones change.

However, it's still advisable to rule out raynauds phenomenon.
it is not necessary to have the ulcers.

So please do let us know the reports.
Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
