I strongly suggest you seek prompt medical help to get your blood pressure and pulse checked.

I have reviewed your previous query and the further information you provided regarding the medications you are taking for blood pressure and diabetes.
I urge you to go to the nearest Emergency Room , and seek direct medical care.

I see your glucose is 78 and that is not technically a low glucose reaction although we are assuming here that your meter reading is accurate. Generally they are, provided they have been testing correctly with the control solution. Some of them are less reliable in the low glucose range.

When I see someone like you in my practice, I order the following tests after they acute medical emergencies have been ruled out:

CBC
CMP
TSH
Free T4

Also if you menstrual are irregular, then I would also order
FSH
LH
Estradiol

None of these tests require any fasting and so they can be done at any time of the day
