Brief Answer:
Considerations
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for sending the question.
Several considerations in this case. One consideration is that this might represent a urinary tract infection. Also there can Possibly be some sediment in the urine which can cause cloudiness. It may also represent mild dehydration.
It would be reasonable for you to increase your fluid intake to see if this changes things.
A thorough urinalysis with cytology would be helpful as well.
Let me know what you think and if you have any additional questions.
Sincerely,
Dr. Galamaga

Detailed Answer:
I received most of your question. I do realize your concern is wanting to rule out cancer.
Cytology is an investigation which looks for abnormal cells in the urine. This includes cancer cells. Your doctor can request this.
Also it might be beneficial for you to visit with a urologist. This doctor has special training in the field and can possibly look inside your bladder with a tiny camera to see if there is anything going on which might explain cloudy urine.
Thanks again for sending your question. Please discuss this further with your doctor and it might be reasonable to see a urologist for further discussion.
Sincerely,
Dr. Galamaga
