Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry if there is no pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your query.

I'm Dr. Shuba Hariprasad and will be answering your query today.

Clicking sounds without pain can originate from soft tissues.
Would you clarify a few things for me, please?
*what is your height and weight?
*do you have any other medical issues or take any medications?
*do you strain your shoulders?
*what do you do on a routine day? (in regards to work or any repetitive activity)
*do you play any sport?
*are the clicks more on waking up or after a period of inactivity?

I recommend :
- exercise your joints and keep them XXXXXXX but do not strain them
-avoid hunching
-if you have a sedentary lifestyle, get up every half hour for 5 minutes and stretch all joints
-have a diet rich in omega fatty acids (fish, nuts, flax seeds-make sure to check the mercury content in the fish)
-massage your joints gently to improve circulation when you bathe every day

If the clicks seem to increase, or cause any discomfort or pain see an orthopedic doctor for an x-ray and clinical exam to make sure there is no joint damage.

Else no need to worry. Hope you helps.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Wish you good health.

Regards,
Dr. Shuba Hariprasad
