What Causes Clear White Semen Like Discharge In Urine?

Question: Hi I am 25 years old and have noticed what appears to be semen in my urine. It is really thick after a bowel movement but other than that it is normal except for an occasional spot in my urine. I have also experienced low energy and low libido. I used to masturbate to porn usually once a day but have stopped completely after these symptoms occurred. I can give myself an erection but it is hard to do in a sexual situation. I know this most likely caused my condition and will not be doing it again. I have an appointment with a urologist in 2 weeks to figure it out. My question would be are there any possibilities of permanent damage or is this a problem that will likely fix itself over time after ceasing masturbation? Thanks

I have gone through the query and understand your concerns. I doubt if the turbidity in your urine is due to semen. Rather, it is more likely to be due to mixed substances like proteins. I would insist you to get a microscopic routine examination of the urine and based on the findings we can plan further. Till then, be sure to drink plenty of water.

Masturbation is not likely to be related. I would not be concerned about adverse effects of masturbation on health but as you know, too much of anything is bad.

I have actually had recent urine tests in the past month but protein came back negative in both.
