What Causes Chronic Wrist Swelling And Pain Post An Arthroscopic Surgery?

Question: Hi i'm a 29 year old female i have had chronic wrist pain and swelling for over 5 years. It all started when i fell and broke my fall with my right hand. I went to several doctors and was told i have a tfcc tear. I had arthroscopic surgery to repair it about 4 years ago and i still have pain and swelling. I also haven't regained full mobility in my wrist. Several xrays and mris later i was told that they suspect I may have keinbocks disease. An xray revealed that i have a negative ulnar variance in both wrists. Did a bone scan that indicates osteonecrosis of the lunate bone. I also had several MRi's done my last one indicated sclerotic bone changes on the lunate bone and a radiolunotriquetral ligament appered thickened and heterogenous. Now the last doctor i saw said he doesn't suspect keinbocks disease and doesn't actually know what's wrong with my wrist. He said that some people just have to live with psin post surgery and that it's probably just scarring that's causing this pain. I need help finding out what's wrong with my wrist please. Thank you

Brief Answer:
I need to see your fresh MRI report

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I haves studied your case and I think that you may be having a chronic TFCC tear. Some time TFCC repair is not successful and that can cause wrist pain. Also Kienbock can co exist with TFCC tear. Before I advised you on management I would like to know little detail of your illness.
1.Do you have fresh MRI with you, If yes please send me MRI report.
2.Do you have pain on movements or only on rest?
3.Do you have any swelling or fullness around wrist?
Please send me answers of these questions. I will try my best to help you.
Thanks
