Question: Hi SIr,
I have ache onmy back and neck from back side from past 5months. Even in this winter season my palms keep hot. Also there is pain in chest left hand side by pressing. Echo was done and nothing came ony by pressing the pain occur and sometime by stretching or by walking. Doctor advised that this is a muscular pain. lease suggest

Hi Dr. Remy

I do not have any history of trauma and asthama. I have moderate sinus. I am not in medication and my daily lifestyle is normal as my working hrs are for 9hrs 5 days a week. I am facing backache and ache on neck from past six month as well as pain in chest while pressing and sometimes by walking. nothing came in the echo and ecg

Sorry for the delay in replying,

From the description that you have provided, I would like to enlist the following possibilities:

- long standing pain (6 months) over the back and neck, is likely to be related to cervical spine related problems

- fibromyalgia- which also mimics the above symptoms

Since both ECG and ECHO are normal, all heart conditions could be ruled out.

At any cause, your symptoms only point out to muscle causes.

For now, I would suggest you to do the following:

- Take Tab. Neurobion Forte twice daily for 5 days.

- Consult with an orthopedic doctor for proper examination and further investigations.
