He took antibiotics one day prior and for the last 2 days. He is having alternate chills and fever - not high 97 and now 96 but feels warm and has chills
We called his doc but it is Labor Day weekend

Brief Answer:
yes, go to urgent care

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If he is having chills and fever after a biopsy then he may have developed an infection that needs antibiotics. He should be seen very soon so going to an urgent care is a good idea.
You could try talking to the doctor on call for that practice but if you cannot get them on the phone then you need to take him to urgent care
I hope he is feeling better soon,
Dr. Robinson
