Has a albuterol inhalers and now on montelukast still complains when very active. Has ran a low grade temp 99 to 100. She did not know about her surgery. Brief Answer:
Get done CT thorax with contrast.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Since she already had pulmonary cyst which was operated, we should definitely rule out recurrent pulmonary cyst in her case.
Pulmonary AV (arteriovenous) malformation is such condition in which recurrent Pulmonary cysts are seen.
So get done CT thorax with contrast.
If this is normal then no need to worry much, her current symptoms are due to asthma only.
But if CT thorax is suggestive of cyst then CT pulmonary angiography is needed for checking AV malformation.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your daughter. Thanks.
