Brief Answer:
This may be due to spasm of muscles

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

I do understand your concern. Most likely the pain is due to muscle pull/spasm.
The possibility of bony injury is very less as trampoline base is not hard.

In such condition giving oral analgesic with some muscle relaxant and application of analgesic cream over the affected area helps. There are different brands available in the combination of Diclofenac(50 mg), Paracetamol(325 mg) and Chlorzoxazone (250 mg) as an oral analgesic with a muscle relaxant (mostly these are available as OTC only).

The dose for a 10-year-old child is half tablet twice a day for 2-3 days. If the pain is severe you may additionally apply an analgesic cream(containing diclofenac and paracetamol as an active ingredient) to get the relief.

I won't get worried as there is no breathing difficulty still I would like to get her evaluated by a physician if the pain persists, to rule out any bony damage.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards
