Brief Answer:
To rule out Cardiac causes

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear XXXX

Many causes of chest pain could be due to non cardiac causes known as Non cardiac Chest pain (NCCP).
Before attributing it to non cardiac pain it is important to rule out cardiac causes , in order to avoid missing any significant cardiac cause.

From your description given it looks more like NCCP. Pain in abdomen an hour after food, gurgling sound and chest pain, I would consider the possibility of Gastroesophageal reflux (GERD).
In few cases Upper gastrointestinal Endoscopy may show no lesion.

I would suggest you the following which can be carried out in consultation with your physician

1. To rule out Cardiac causes (even though less likely at age of 36): 2 D echo cardiography, 12 lead ecg and Stress ECG
Normal reports will be very reassuring
2. To rule out GERD/Hiatus hernia: Upper gastrointestinal contrast study like Barium swallow needs to be carried out.

In the meantime try taking Pantoprozole and Domperidone. They being antacid and gastric motility drug may provide relief.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
