What Causes Chest And Back Tightness, Painful Gums, Neck Pain, Diarrhea And Headache?
Question: Chest tightness, back tightness, nerve pain in my gums, headache, uncomfortable to move, neck pain lasted 30 minutes. still have headache and diarrea Happened around 10:00 am

I read your question and i understand your concern. Chest tightness and back tightness should be ruled out for any cardiac problem by simple ekg and once ruled out it is likely due to gastric discomfort, opioid side effect of norco pills and likely anxiety . Headache and neck pain should be treated with tylenol supportively and see if it helps. if it persists let the physician sort out the cause whether some nerve pinching or tension type headache or migraines causing neck pain. Take some pepto, yogurt , peppermint, BRAT diet for diarrhea and stya hydrated. I am sure yoru symptoms will subside.
