Brief Answer:
Possibility due to dietary changes, consult doctor if symptoms persist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for asking your question at HealthcareMagic

Change in stool color can be due to dietary changes.
However yellow stools can be indicative of certain problems like hapatitis, pancreatitis, gallstones, malabsorbtion ,Infections like giardia infection,Tropical sprue (especially since you have recent travel history )

I'd recommend that you consult your doctor if yellow stool persist for several days or if you develop symptoms like fever, nausea, vomiting, yellow discoloration of skin or eyes, itching, abdominal pain, diarrhea, blood in stools, greasy pale stools or any other concerning symptoms.

Hope I was able to answer your question
Please feel free to address any more concerns
Regards,
Dr.Lekshmi
