Brief Answer:
urinary tract infection, kidney stones etc.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank You for consulting HealthcareMagic!

Yes, you need to be concerned about this. Your symptoms suggest that there can be problems like urinary tract infection, kidney stones etc. However, taking less amount of water can also cause this kind of symptoms.

I suggest to take more amount of water. More than 3 liters per day is good, if not contraindicated because of any other problem. However, you need to get evaluated by undergoing urinalysis and ultrasound abdomen if symptoms does not improve.

Stay healthy and thank you for consulting! You can contact me again anytime, if you need clarifications or further assistance in future. Kindly rate the answer if you are satisfied.
