Brief Answer:
Explained the conditions

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have read your query.
I think I can help.
There are 2 parts to your query.
1, the skin may be too sensitive to the sun. This may be causing sunburns. It would be good to use a sunscreen cream which may help you.
2, The headaches may be migraine triggered by the sun. I would suggest meeting a neurologist there to get a scan done to confirm the diagnosis. Use of sunglasses and wide brimmed hat may help. Umbrellas will help you from both the problems.
Best of luck,
Dr Mittal
