Brief Answer:
You will need to get that urine culture done

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for posting your query.

Your symptoms are suggestive of either urinary tract infection or stones in the urinary tract.

There may be other causes like an inflammation of the urethra due to any reason, or referred pain. You need to be examined by a urologist and a gynecologist to confirm the cause.

That said, getting the urine culture test done will rule out the infection.

A normal urine routine examination under microscopy will also tell us if there are crystals in the urine which might be causing trauma to the urethra and bladder thus leading to burning sensation.

Please get the test done and see a urologist at the earliest for treatment.

Regards
