Brief Answer: Please go for urinalysis Detailed Answer: Hi again I would advise you to go for urinalysis before you take any medicine. You have to confirm that you have infection. In the meanwhile: - drink lots of clean water, minimum, of 3 to 4lts per day. - citralka contains sodium citrate, normal dosage for adults is 2 tsp 4t imes daily,don't take for more than 2 weeks. - you may need antibiotics if your suffering from infection of urinary tract.
