What Causes Burning Sensation While Passing Urine After Treatment Of Trichomoniasis?
Question: Was diagnosed with trichomoniasis took flagyl as prescribed (no sexual contact) 3 days after finishing meds It hurts and burns to urinate again whitish discharge no pain or symptoms that I had with trichomoniasis.
What is this now? Married for 25 years i shock of diagnosis,
Have had symotoms and discomfort for years with no diagnosis until now.

Hi, it sounds like the Flagyl didn't do it's job. You need to go back to your doctors and get a urine culture.
At the same time you will need another antibiotic. Are you allergic to any meds? If you are not, ask your doctor about Bactrim (TMP-SMX). Once your cultures are back the doctor should be able to make sure the new antibiotic is working well.
