Brief Answer:
Urine infection is likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HCM forum.

Burning sensation and pain on urination usually indicates urinary tract infection. This may be associated with increased frequency of urination also. This can be confirmed or excluded by a urine examination. If confirmed, will need antibiotic treatment for a few days.Your doctor will guide in this.Meanwhile, drink plenty of oral fluids.

But,kindly note that, phimosis(tight foreskin) is an anatomical diagnosis, and need circumcision to avoid complications like paraphimosis, recurrent UTI etc.Presence/treatment of UTI will not alter its course.

Hope this will answer your query.
Wishing you good health.
Thank you.
