Brief Answer:
This is not due to backer cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that pain in the waist is not due to knee cyst. There has to be some other reason. it can be due to muscle spasm or urinary infection. I want to know little detail before i can offer you any advise.
1. Is this pain is also present on rest?
2. Are you having any burning urination or increase frequency of urination?
3. Are you taking nay other medicines apart from pain killer
Please send me answers of these questions. I will try my best to help you.
Thanks
