Brief Answer:
Ent examination, requires ppi inhibitors

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

I see similar cases amongst young people who visit my clinic. The most likely cause is acid peptic disease, where partial digested food regurgitate from stomach to throat or oral cavity causing intense inflammation and ulcers leading to burning sensation in chest, recurrent throat pain ( acid pharyngitis)

I suggest you to visit an ent surgeon, get detailed examination. you may require antibiotics( pharyngitis) , antacid syrup- sucralfate ( mucosal coating for ulcers of Esophagus), PPI inhibitors for early healing of ulcers of stomach.

I also advise you to stop taking spicy food, take small 6 meals instead of large 3, keep 3 hours interval between dinner and sleep. keep extra pillow, head is slightly elevated during sleep to prevent regurgitation.

Hope, I have answered your query, take care.
