Brief Answer:
How long have you been suffering....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If these symptoms started recently, then you may wait for few weeks. It usually settles down. In the interim you can take a course of proton pump inhibitor such as nexium 40mg once a day before food and probiotics such as ecobion three times day for 2-3 days. Add plenty of fruits and vegetables. Avoid spices. Avoid caffeinated beverages including tea for a few days.
Investigations such as stool examination and colonoscopy is warranted in case these acute symptoms prolong. You can visit a gastroenterologist for tests.

Regards
