Brief Answer:
need to rule out uro genital infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us.

I can understand your concern.

If your burning of tip of penis only after ejaculation one possibility is genital infection/inflammation.

It may be infection of epididymis or testicles(Epididymo-orchitis). Or it may be infection of prostate.

If you have any symptoms while urinating, chances of urinary infection is there.

No specific infection in body can cause burning of penis and eyes, it is just coincidental finding likely.

Possibility of some allergy is there. It is the only thing which can cause burning to both parts.

IF you do not have history of sex, no possibility of sexually transmitted disease.Possibility of fungal infection may be there.

And if your problem is recent and not frequent it is of no significance.

I would like to know few things from your side to help you better.

- Since when are you suffering from the same?

- Are you sexually active? Are you having unprotected sex, or do you have multiple partners?

- Is there any problem while urinating?

- Have you experienced this before?

- Have you noticed a rash or discoloration around your genitals?

- Do you have any other symptoms, such as discharge or itching?

- Have you started using any new detergents or soaps?

- Any medications are you taking?

Waiting for your reply to help you further.

Regards,

Dr.Chintan Solanki.

Brief Answer:
consult dermatologist, go for urine routine micro examination

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for information.

From your history of no rash no discoloration it seems no serious issue likely.

However itching is there. To rule out fungal infection, need to consult dermatologist. Please cross check that your partner does not have any genital infection.
Better to go for urine routine micro examination to rule out sub clinical urinary tract infection.

At present no need of medicines.
-Take care of local hygiene.
-Do not allow to genitalia become excessive wet. Use talcum powder or powder with anti fungal like clotrimazole.
-Use condom while sex.
-Do not wear excessive tight jeans.

Hope this answers your query. Revert back tome with report.

Take care.
