Brief Answer:
Looks like Vitamin B complex deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

I understand that you are suffering with burning sensation in palm and sole mostly during nights and have a history of chickenpox last month. I feel that you might be suffering with Vitamin B complex deficiency. One of the components, vitamin B5 particularly is known to cause burning sensation of the feet.

Other causes like Diabetic neuropathy and excess consumption of alcohol too can cause burning sensation of the feet. I would suggest you to get Fasting Blood sugar level, Post prandial blood sugar level and Sr. calcium levels checked and to avoid alcohol if you consume.

I would suggest you to include diet rich in Vitamin B12 like meat, fish, eggs, milk and milk products, if you are non vegetarian. And if you are a vegetarian it would be better to start with vitamin B complex supplements like Cap. Becosules, once a day for atleast 3 months.

Hope this answers your query. If any further clarifications, will be happy to help you.

Regards.
