There is bacterial infection and require oral antibiotic, continue with cre

Detailed Answer:
Hi, XXXX,
Thanks for posting query.
Read your daughter's problem in detail.
From history it seems that due to garlic burns there is irritation, soreness and secondary bacterial infection.
This infection produces redness, soreness, swelling, sloughing and exudation.
This leads to marked pain and discomfort.
It is fine that you tried antibiotic cream and continue applying Povidone-iodine cream after proper cleaning the wound.
But important is that she will require one course of oral antibiotic medicine like Amoxicilin or Levo-floxacilin for 5 days.
This will cure bacterial infection and she will be alright.
You can consult your doctor on Monday.
Meanwhile give her ibuprofen, paracetamol combination medicine to get relief from pain.
Give rest to the parts.
I hope, I answered your query, If you have further query or clarification, please write me back.
Wishing her speedy recovery.
