possibilities outlined....

Detailed Answer:
hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,

At 11 weeks of pregnancy, if you are experiencing burning sensation in your soles on walking and they have been a recent onset then the possible causes could be:-

1. Gestational diabetes mellitus.--BLOOD SUGAR OGTT WITH 75 gm GLUCOSE.
2. Multivitamin deficiency especially vitamin D and B12. ---BLOOD TEST.
3. There can be a neuropathy secondary to lumbar stenosis at the lower back. If there has been a back pain accompanied and also tingling sensation in both lower limbs followed by burning in feet then lumbar vertebral stenosis is a possibility which can get aggravated in pregnancy. ---POSSIBLE MRI
4. Electrolyte imbalance especially hyponatremia and hypochlorenemia. --BLOOD TEST

You need to get yourself examined and evaluated for all the above possibilities before a certain diagnosis can be arrived at.

If I have severe lower back pain , with no burning is it still the same in #3?

Brief Answer:
answered.

Detailed Answer:
Well, back pain is slightly present in pregnancy due to laxity of ligaments and often accompanied UTI, but if the pain is severe then there is likely to be a musculoskeletal cause especially vertebral rather than pregnancy per se.
If there would have been just severe back pain and localised without burning feet then the possibility would have been either a local muscular spasm due to poor posture or in worst scenario secondary to any blunt injury back which can cause vertebral compression--causing pain. An MRI would still be the preferred investigation modality.

Detailed Answer:
Thats not the way you do it.
you have to be fasting for 8 hrs prior to fasting sample. If the value is 92 or mor XXXXXXX that then you are gestational diabetic( IADPSG criteria)
As per ADA , the cut off is 95mg/dl.
so better you repeat test again tomorrow.
