Details required.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
I went through the photos of the lesion. What i noticed a small vesicle or pustule in the center just below the lips.I think it is single lesion and no other lesions are present.
I do not see any upper lip rash or pimples or vesicles or has still not appeared.
it is not clear about the duration of rash, exposure to kiss, after how many days the pimple appeared, did it appear after shaving, did you use any cosmetics or after shave, any treatment taken etc.were you involved in kiss.do you have any lesions else where. You can mention any other significant details if you feel to specify
it appears either to be due to folliculitis or herpes.
Get back to me with details and of any other reports or tests done
The site you have mentioned cannot be accessed.
You can get back to me for any clarifications.
Thank you
Dr Bharatesh

Hi Doc,

I didn't kiss anyone. The massage parlor lady gave me a handjob. She used hand sanitizer before she touched my genital area. This happened last Saturday.

I did shaved yesterday and I used the mach3 razor with Gillette shave gel. I dont have any pimple anywhere. The site I got the answer is from this site itself.

I have applied Aloe Vera gel yesterday and today.

Brief Answer:
Folliculitis.Herpes unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
If only hand job and no Kiss then you need not worry of herpes at all.
It is very very very unlikely of herpes to get transmitted by hand job.
The chances of folliculitis is very high.as there is a massage done in the area.
they might have used oils or some cosmetics.it can cause hair follicle to get irritated and have caused this problem or chemical in cosmetics might have caused irritation in the area.
So please get relieved of fear of herpes which is bothering you is suppose.
You just clean the area with warm saline water twice daily and apply topical antibiotic creams like silverex or fucidin.
do not cause irritation in the area.Shaving too close also can cause irritation.

Does this virus spread from public transport etc (herpes) ?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Bharatesh Devendra Basti (6 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Not possible

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
It is not possible to get transmitted from public transport as it does not spread as respiratory route. But if your skin or mucosa is in touch of active lesions of infective person directly then there are chances .which is not possible.
So do not think of all these possibilities.
Relax and forget the incident.get involved in activities which you are interested so that you forget this
