What Causes Bumps On Hand And Weeping Lesions On Buttocks Post Sexual Encounter?

default

Question: Hi Doctor, I had a casual encounter 6 weeks back and the condom pulled out at the last stage. After 3-4 weeks, I am having some red small spots on my hand at 2-3 places (looks like mosquito bite), and some wounds with fluids in the buttock (That has been almost healed now). I don't have any other symptoms apart from that. Is it a sign for anything serious?

Brief Answer:
Need further tests

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I have gone through the uploaded images.

Considering a past history of sexual encounter and weeping lesions on the buttocks, the possibility of a sexually transmitted infection is high and should be ruled out.

For this, I advise you to get a complete 10-panel STD screen.

Further management is largely based on test results.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
