Brief Answer:
Lung cancer with brain mets.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
I understand your worry about your sister.
There are no details available about the extent of the primary disease and the treatment she received for it. Kindly provide brief history of brain lesions and surgery.

I hope she had metastatic focus in the brain for which craneotomy was done or was it for any other reason. In spite of treatment of lung cancer with brain metastasis long time survival chances are remote. As far as her blood pressure and other symptoms are concerned I hope she is already under care. If she doesn't allow you to be around her you can watch her from distance whether she is taking the medicines that are prescribed to her.

May be she needs a psychological counselling so that she accommodates you and allows you to care for her.
Truly,
Dr. J. Ticku
