Brief Answer:
A course of PPI will help

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern.

The primary cause to rule out in case of such symptoms is a cardiac cause. As you mentioned that you have had ECGs done before ( i assume for simillar symptoms, if not then please correct me ) and they were clear then its most probably GERD (Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease).

If you were my patient in my clinic, I would empirically recommend a two week course of a course of A PPI like Esomeprazole and a prokinetic like metoclopramide to see for improvement. A Physical exam to rule out any thoracic vertebrae abnormality should also be done.

I would encourage you to elaborate your symptoms further by answering the following questions, so that i may guide you better

Is this bubbly feeling constant or during specific timing
do you have abdominal pain
what medications are you currently using

Let me know if you have any query

wishing you best of health

Thanks

Brief Answer:
its GERD most likely

Detailed Answer:
hello,

Based on your history , there is strong suspicion of you having GERD.
I would recommend a course of PPI and a prokinetic like itopride or metoclopramide in consult with your doctor.

Life style changes will also diminish the frequency of GERD. It includes

Regular exercise
drink plenty of clean water
avoiding late night meals
avoiding nicotine, alcohol, caffeine and chocolate
elevating head end of the bed by 6 to 8 inches

Hope I have answered your query.

If you have any further questions I will be happy to help If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer.

Wish you good health.
