What Causes Bruises On Penis Head Post Oral Sex?

Question: I gave my boyfriend oral and now he has bruise/hickey on head of his penis. Is this ok and what do we do to get rid of it?

It is possible that when you were giving your boyfriend oral, the suction force of your mouth was enough to rupture a few small blood vessels on the head of his penis, thus giving him bruises. I would not worry about them unless there are any other problems. The bruises should take about a week to resolve but should be alright thereafter. As of now, nothing needs to be done (assuming that there are no other problems).

No, it will take its own time. The blood in the extravascular tissue needs time to get resorbed. You would need to be patient till then.
