Brief Answer:
This is suggetsive of an infection!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for using healthcare magic.

I have reviewed the image provide. This is suggestive of an infection of the soft tissues. This is more suggestive of erysipelas than cellulitis. I will recommend that you get a doctor' consult for this. This would most likely require antibiotics for treatment. Avoid using pain medications like Ibuprofen, aspirin, as these may make the infection worse though helping with the pains. Cold packs would be able to help with this while you figure your way to a doctor. A primary care physician would be good enough to address this.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

I dont have any pain or swelling. It's just looks funny and it's clear fluid that comes out. I don't have insurance and was wondering if using alternative medicine is ok?

Brief Answer:
For how long has this been going on?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

With no pains, this may be unlikely as an infection. For how long have you have this? Cleansing regularly with an antiseptic like Iodine would help prevent further spread or infection. Have you ever done any drugs?

I wish you well.

What type of drugs do you do?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I will like to know whether he uses injectable drugs or not. If they are IV drugs, then I will highly recommend that he gets a doctor's consultation for proper evaluation and treatment. For now, let me know what the exact drug type is.

I look forward hearing from you.

Brief Answer:
PLease, drugs are not god for health!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Drugs are not good for health. I strongly recommend that he stops doing them. How are the blisters today? If they are still about the same with no pains and no progression, then cleansing with iodine would be a good option. However, if any of the above has occurred alongside a fever, he really needs to see a doctor for review and appropriate management.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and keep me posted!
