What Causes Bowel Cramps, Diarrhea And General Malaise?
Question: It started with feeling just sick, bowel cramps and diarrhea, general malaise. Then I started to feel pressure in my throat and mouth, bit painful, like it was overstretched. Developed a cold sore and next day an ulster on my inner lip. Have pain in my neck, throat, and general feeling of being sick. I sleep bad, feeling quite anxious, and especially the 'heavy feeling' in my mouth and throat is annoying.
What can it be? Have it now for over a week!

I don't take any medication at the moment except paracetamol.
And I also keep working.
Except the cold sore and ulster on my inner lip the symptoms are not really worsening but more continuing.
The most annoying is the 'pressure' feeling on my palate and the back of my throat. I also think that my Lymph nodes are swollen causing my neck and throat to hurt.
The feeling bad part all started about 10 days ago. I thought the cold sore was a result of exposure to the sun, because I have been on a trip last week, but maybe I already had some kind of infection. Have been sneezing a lot lately (but no common cold).
I do think it is some kind of infection in the respiratory area. But combined with the cold sore I was not too sure anymore.
