Acneiform lesions, take proper care of skin, treat
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to be developing recurrent lesions of acneiform eruptions .
Such type of lesions can occur under hormonal influence in the premenstrual period or can occur under influence of stress.
First of all, it is important to avoid application of hair or body oils and creams. Moisturizers can increase their recurrence .
You can apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the affected areas twice a day .
You can use some salicylic acid based face wash on regular basis like neutrogena saliwash. This helps in regulating oil secretion and prevents recurrent development of these lesions.
You should use only oil free moisturizers on regular basis.
Since these lesions are basically hormonal , they tend to heal slowly by themselves .
Hope it helps

Avoid touching or squeezing the lesions
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
No, I would definitely not recommend you to pop or squeeze the lesions since it increases the infection and also increase the chance of developing pigmented scars.
Instead you should avoid touching the lesions. Simply apply the antibiotic cream over the affected areas twice a day after thorough cleaning of hands .
Also make sure that you use a sunscreen regularly before going out in sun.
