Brief Answer:
Usual change after delivery.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
After a childbirth you may feel bruised, exhausted, disappointed and even depressed. The body pains are related to the muscle pain and exhaustion.
This should improve with mild pain killers and a good diet in next 5-7 days. Food should be rich in Iron , calcium and Vit D.
Take three full meals per day , this should include cereals , pulses , should be rich in fibre , full of green leafy vegetables , less of saturated fats , sugar and salt.

Do not skip meals , eat fresh fruits in between meals. Drink lot of water as dehydration can reduce the milk production.
Fish , sea foods are rich in iron and Vit C increases the iron absorption.
calcium intake should be 1500 mgm per day which can be taken in the form of supplements along with milk and curd.
Vit D should be taken in the form of sachets or tablets containing 2000 IU per day.
Avoid spicy and oily food.
If you have persistent symptoms then do consult your gynecologist for prescription medicines.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Can be nutritional deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The body pains could be due to low iron but other causes like calcium or magnesium or Vitamin D 3 deficiency are more likely and should be ruled out after proper blood tests.
Hope my answer is helpful.
