What Causes Blurred Vision After A Head Injury?
Question: I had a head injury that resulted in a knot and a black eye about 2 weeks ago. The injury did not bleed but swelled immediately and began bruising. I had very blurry visions for about 6 hours afterwards. The swelling went down quickly and I had a black eye for several days. Now I still have a small knot where the impact was, but more than anything my eye keeps twitching and has been almost constantly since the event. What does this mean? Should I seek medical attention?

Thanks for your query.
It appears the head injury is simply concussion. You can still apply cold compression. The black eye is result of head injury. It is self limiting and will go in about two weak time.
Twitching is only blepharo spasm. It is called tics and may be related to some nerve irritation due to local swelling. No treatment is required. At times it is linked to anxiety. So try to reduce and control anxiety.
Any other sign of nausea, vomiting, constriction of pupil then you have to go for MRI brain. Other wise nothing is required and you need not worry.
