Mostly due to UTI however need to consult Urologist

Thanks for query .

Slight blood in urine is most commonly due to UTI however it is always advisable to consult qualified Urologist for evaluation to confirm the diagnosis to rule out any other serious cause at this age

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Endoscopic examination of Bladder

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

In the mean while start taking antibiotic like Cefixime and Nitrofurantoin twice daily

Ensure to drink ore water .
