Question: I am a male who discovered blood in my underwear late this afternoon. Also some blood in the urinal. No pain. I will call my Dr. in the morning. Anything I should do in the meantime?

I would advise you the following:
Drink plenty of water and liquids.
Keep under observation the quantity of blood you are passing in urine, if too much and with every urination, go to ER for evaluation, examination and investigations.
