Brief Answer:
Find out cause of pain and blood in urine, then decide treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
First of all, we need to find the cause for the abdominal pain and blood in urine.
At your age, the most common cause is a stone, with urinary infection(UTI).
For finding out the chance of having a stone, get an ultrasound scan of abdomen, done in morning after drinking 6-8 glasses liquids or water, without having breakfast.
For knowing if you've UTI, get your urine routine and culture test done.
Also check your blood urea, creatinine, uric acid and sugar.
Drink 10-12 glasses liquids daily.
Get examined by an Urologist, with all your reports, and follow advice.
You're welcome to send the reports here, for an expert opinion.
Wish you well.

Brief Answer:
PCNL/ESWL/URS-Lithotripsy will be needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
It's good you send the US scan report.
It's not the number, but the size and how much it affects the kidney that's important .
The right kidney has two large sized stones, and few smaller stones.
Also, there's a left,hemorrhagic ovarian cyst seen.

In your case, the pain is due to the stones moving in kidney.
Bleeding is due to stones movements. causing blood in urine.

You need to check your urea and creatinine, uric acid, which will confirm the left kidney function is normal.
Thereafter, you should do a CT-IVU, to know how much function is affected on the right side.
You should also see a Gynecologist, regarding the left ovarian cyst.

Open surgery is not done for kidney stones, as in the past, before 20 years.
Today, percutaneous treatment -lithotripsy and endoscopic laser treatment for stone crushing is available, in most major hospitals.(ESWL/PCNL/URS).
You will need this type of treatment only. (No need to worry, just meet Urologist).
You may send the CT-scan, and blood reports here for an expert opinion.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
