There can also be a stone stuck anywhere in the urinary tract especially distal end of ureter at its junction with the urinary bladder or the urethra (tubular structure connecting the urinary bladder to the urethral opening in the penis and that is responsible for the blood in urine and pain.
3. Less likely there can be a tumor in the kidney and urinary tract that is causing the symptoms in you.
4. The above symptoms can also occur due to rare auto immune conditions.
