Brief Answer:
certain tests required to answer this.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
Blood in semen is seen in some people, but needs a thorough check-up. You haven't mentioned the test reports done by the 2 Urologists. You must get your PSA, urine routine and culture test, semen culture and blood sugar, as well as ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis, and TRUS-trans rectal ultrasond scan of prostate gland done.If you're on any other medication, please mention that.
With theese reports a Urologist can give you an expert opinion about treatment needed.

thank doc for the response.i have done sevral test and even urine test 3 times this year and all show no infections.my urine dont smell neither do i have problems passing the urine.i have xrays of the kidneys done and dont shows normal kidney.had the pelvis and prostate done and it stated unremarkable.one thing i never mentioned to both urologist is i have a naturally curved to the left penis when erect.its not painful and having sex is not a problem but my penis is visibly curved to the left when erect.i ever suffered any injury and to the best of my knowledge i might have been born that way.one of the test done was to insert what the urologist says is like a camera through my anus to see what is going on in my prostate and nothing showed up.the only med am taking is xanor sr 1mg and thats for my anxiety.what bothers me is this.can i still keep having sex even if the blood comes out cause my wife complains about no sex.

Brief Answer:
certain reports essential to advise treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
You needn't worry about curvature of penis, if you can have intercourse without any problem. Some curvature of penis is normal in most people.
If your ultrasound scans of prostate, PSA, and semen culture reports can be sent, i can advise about further treatment.
Hope your doubts are cleared.

i never did a semen test however i did urine test and some blood test for hepatitis b and c which all came out negative.prostate result says unremarkable.i did a sonar abdomen and XXXXXXX pelvis.result reads..the liver and spleen are normal size and architecture with no focal lesion seen.the intrahepatic biliary tree, gallbladder and common bile duuct also appear normal.
both the pancreas and para-aorti areas are normal and the aorta itself is of normal dimensions.the kidneys are normal in size, position and architecture.nocalculi or hydronephrosis evident.the perinephric and adrenal areas also appear normal.
ultrasound of the pelvin revealed a normal looking bladder and prostate gland.the seminal vesicles were also unremarkable.no msddes, fluid colletion or free fliud noted.
the supra and sub diaphragmatic areas also appeared clear.
