Brief Answer:
Possible upper GIT bleed. Need endoscopy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir/Madam.

I can understand your concerns.

The passage of blood in the stool is a strong indication of analgesic induced gastritis provoking upper GIT bleed which is probably manifesting as Malena.

An upper GIT endoscopy is highly mandatory in his case.

Further management if any is based on test results.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
