Brief Answer:
For howling has this been going on? How many times have you seen blood?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

To evaluate this finding fully, we need to find out for how long it has been happening and whether this is a consistent finding. If you have found blood in semen on multiple occasions and now feel a mass/extra tissue in the scrotum, I will suggest that you seek a doctors evaluation.

Blood in semen often originates from the prostate or an infection in men. In most case, it might be a response to trauma and only in a few cases does it represent a tumor.

In all, confirm that this is a consistent observation. Seek medical examination. In most cases, the cause is benign.

I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
