Discharge of blood from penis can be due to infection or inflammation of urethra, prostate and testis, obstruction of blood vessels. After age of 40 possibility of prostate problem is major cause. You need to consult uro-surgeon for evaluation. Urine routine micro, ultrasound and serum PSA level investigation are required to diagnose the cause.
After diagnosis specific treatment can be done.
