Brief Answer:
Non pharmacological measures

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
As they have mentioned you to take the medication forr 15 days, why are you still continuing without consulting. These are antibiotic and has to be taken for the duration as suggested. Kindly consult your physician for assistance again.

I would suggest you to go for stool routine, culture and sensitivity.
Some non pharmacological measures that will be beneficial, I'll mention them
Drink plenty of water or electrolyte solutions to prevent dehydration.
Add bland foods to your diet, such as bananas, toast, oatmeal and rice in small amounts every couple of hours. Avoid spicy food. Restrict meat for few days.
You can take curd which will be beneficial.
Probiotics like Sporolac or Ecobion will be beneficial.

Hope this helps.
Take care
