Posted on Tue, 21 Apr 2015
Question: I have had what looks like a blister on the eye socket of my lower right eye for a couple of weeks. The blister appearance is not on the eyeball but the lower inner skin. I have tried "Refresh" eye drops. Is there anything I can use for this?

Brief Answer:
You need to use antibiotic eye drops.

Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I am Dr Dadapeer k an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.
I reviewed your history.

The symptoms mentioned by you indicate inflammatory swelling involving the glands of the eyelids.

I would like to treat conditions like this by the use of antibiotic eye drops like Moxifloxacin eye drops.

Please do send me a photo of the affected eye so that I can confirm the diagnosis and advice you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.

I have made an appointment for noon tomorrow to have the eye looked at and get a RX. I was just not sure if this was something that would go away on it's own and it had not improved since I first noticed it. There has been no pain, so I have had to just keep an eye on it. Thank you, XXXXX
