Hello. First of all thanks for approaching Healthcaremagic for your query. You have not mentioned your age, sex and occupation.
I read through your query and accordingly I must say that nothing much to be worried in this case. I suggest you to follow the following oral hygiene practices:
1) do brushing twice daily
2) do flossing
3) do triclosan mouth rinse (good for gum)
4) do salt water gargle( to reduce infection)
5) take lots and lots of green leafy vegetables and citrus fruits to reduce any vitamin deficiency
Besides all these meet up a dentist and get it cleaned with machine(scaling) which removes debris between tooth and gum which cannot be removed by our toothbrush.Stay cool and be happy.Hope you are benefited something from this reply.
