Question: Last one week, during intercourse, i observed bleeding in penis where outer skin and inner portion joined. i married at january 27, 2013. but i facing this issue since last one week only

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have bleeding from under surface of foreskin during intercourse.
Mostly this bleeding from a band of adhesion between frenulum and glans which normally gets torned during intercourse while attempting to penetrate vagina with insufficient vaginal secretions.(Dry Sex).
